How to find us

Take the B5470 out of Macclesfield towards Whaley Bridge. Rainow can be found after 3 miles. Go through the village and take the first

right hand road into Smith Lane where we can be found on the right hand side after half a mile. Further directions with maps are available

on Google Maps. When the page opens, enter your postcode into the box in the centre of the map.

Payment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta cards and cash.

Smoking

Croft Cottage, Meadow Cottage & our B & B accommodation are all non-smoking.

Pets

No pets are allowed except for guide dogs.

Arrival & Departure

Guests are welcome at the Bed & Breakfast between 2.00pm – 9.00pm. If you wish to arrive outside of these times, please telephone in order

that we may arrange a mutually convenient time. B&B guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am on day of departure.

Guests may arrive at Meadow or Croft Cottages anytime after 3pm and are requested to vacate the cottages by 10:30am on day of departure.

Payment

To help us facilitate your easy and quick departure at our busiest time in the mornings, we ask for payment on your arrival of the balance outstanding.

Cancellation

With regard to the B & B, if less than 48 hours notice is given of cancellation or in the case of a "no show" we will charge the full price of the stay.

If 48 hours notice is given, we will refund the cost minus the deposit which is the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked.

If only one night has been booked then 50% of the value of that booking will be taken.

With regard to the holiday cottages, a non refundable deposit will be taken on booking and full payment will be taken on arrival.

If less than one week's notice is given of cancellation or in the case of a "no show" we will charge the full price of the stay.

If more than one weeks notice is given then we will refund the cost minus the non refundable deposit.

At peak times like Christmas and New Year, full payment will be taken upon booking.

Damage

We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the accommodation or the fabric of the

accommodation itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will be

charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the costs incurred.
